This Privacy Policy describes how The Outward Grid Challenge (“the game”) may process information when you download, install, or play on a supported Apple device.
It applies to the mobile game experience and related product pages operated for this title. Platform services such as App Store distribution are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy materials.

What may be collected
You can play without submitting a name, email address, or password inside the game. Depending on device settings, advertising partners, and platform permissions, the following categories may be processed:
- Usage Data — interactions such as sessions, level attempts, feature engagement, and ad-related events, as reflected on the App Store privacy label.
- Device & diagnostics signals — technical details needed to run ads, measure performance, or reduce fraud where permitted by Apple.
- Local gameplay state — progress, settings, and star ratings stored on your device for normal play.
The current App Store disclosure for this title identifies Usage Data as information that may be linked to you and that may be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.

How information is used
Information associated with the game may be used to:
- Operate core gameplay and remember local progress on your device.
- Deliver and measure advertising, including campaign performance.
- Support stability, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
- Meet legal or platform obligations when required.

Advertising in the game
The Outward Grid Challenge contains advertising. Ad networks may receive or generate identifiers and usage signals subject to your tracking preference and Apple’s rules.
If you decline App Tracking Transparency permission, personalized cross-app tracking based on that permission is limited. The game may still show ads that do not rely on that form of tracking.

Storage and retention
Local progress generally remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the game. Advertising and platform partners may retain records for their operational, security, or legal needs according to their schedules.
Exact retention windows can vary by partner and region. Removing the app from a device does not automatically erase every record held by independent third parties.

Your choices
- Control tracking under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your Apple device.
- Adjust advertising-related preferences available in system settings.
- Uninstall the game to remove its locally stored progress from that device.
- Review the App Privacy section on the App Store listing for the latest label.
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain personal data held about you. Use the product support channel linked from the official App Store page to make a privacy request.

Young players
The Outward Grid Challenge is rated 4+ and is not designed to solicit personal details from children. Parents and guardians can use Screen Time, tracking controls, and purchase limits provided by Apple.
If you believe a child provided personal information through the game in a way that should be removed, contact product support via the App Store listing.
